Culbertson council adopts resolutions fixing 1929 tax levies

The Culbertson Town Council adopted resolutions at its August 5, 1929 session to fix tax levies for the 1929 year. The council approved Resolution No. 45 addressing sinking-fund levies to retire refunded water bonds and other funded debt and Resolution No. 46 fixing the general municipal levy.

Resolution No. 46 is recorded in the minutes as fixing the general municipal and administrative levy at 20 mills for 1929, a change the council said had been authorized by a prior vote of tax-paying electors.
