Kenosha stormwater committee approves Tremper sewer contract and two development agreements

Kenosha — The Kenosha Stormwater Employee Committee on Monday approved three consent items, including an award of contract for the Tremper Storm Sewer Improvements and two development agreements for properties on or near 71st Street and 60th Street.

The Chair moved to approve items 1, 2 and 3 together "after being read in any missed hearing," and a second was recorded. The committee then voted by voice and the Clerk announced that all three agenda items passed.

Item 1 was identified as project 26-1140, "Tremper Storm Sewer Improvements," with A and W Oaks and Son Incorporated named as the contractor proposed for the award. Item 2 was described as a development agreement between the City of Kenosha and Sri Vishnu LLC for property south of 71st Street and east of 125th Avenue. Item 3 was described as a development agreement among the City of Kenosha, the Kenosha Water Utility, Continental 875 Fund LLC and Blackhawk Ridge LLC for property south of 60th Street and west of Green Bay Road.

The meeting record contains no public comments. Earlier in the meeting the committee approved minutes from the July 6, 2026 meeting by voice vote. After closing routine business the committee moved, seconded and voted to adjourn.
