Crosslake commission accepts cash‑in‑lieu for two proposed park dedications

The Crosslake Park, Recreation, and Library Commission unanimously approved two motions on May 24 to accept cash payments in lieu of land dedication for proposed subdivisions.

Guest Cynthia Holden presented a proposal for a new subdivision on Outlot A Fawn Lake Park that would create 28 half‑acre lots off Fawn Lake Road.
