Members also discussed using the EDC's discussion board to draft priorities and the possibility of forming subcommittees to work on the POA outreach, scope definition for signage and grant application management. The EDC approved procedural items (minutes) and requested staff return with clearer match funding guidance and a proposed work-plan timeline.
