Notes: During drafting the transcript spelling "Pemidjowasset" was corrected to the standard local usage "Pemigewasset River" in the bridge article; that change is flagged here for transparency. No speaker was assigned a name unless they self‑identified or were introduced in the transcript (for example, John Stockton and Rick Smith self‑identified; Jeff was identified by other speakers when he began his report). All monetary amounts and motion text are quoted from the transcript; where the transcript presented uncertain or garbled figures, the article uses the clearest numbers provided and flags remaining uncertainties in clarifying_details.
