Horicon Plan Commission approves minutes, certified survey map and land-division letter of intent

The City of Horicon Plan Commission on July 13 handled routine procedural items and unanimously approved several administrative actions before adjourning at 6:13 p.m.

Alderwoman Sullivan moved and H. Vanderhei seconded approval of the April 13, 2026 meeting minutes; the motion passed by voice vote. Westimayer moved, seconded by H. Vanderhei, to approve the Certified Survey Map for 705 Willow Lane; that motion also passed by voice vote. Magnussen moved, seconded by Herring, to act on and approve a Letter of Intent for a land division in the Town of Oak Grove for Parcel #034-1115-0214-000, listing Ben and Veronica Schuett as the applicants; the commission approved the letter of intent by voice vote.

The meeting record shows all recorded motions were adopted by unanimous voice votes and lists Mayor Josh Maas presiding with eight members present and two absent. The commission adjourned following a motion by Biedermann and a second by Herring.
