Hearing for proposed triplex at 25 School Street continued to July 23

The Development Review Board recorded that Dylan Corr, owner/applicant for a proposed triplex at 25 School Street (Parcel #132022-003000, SPAN 396-123-10396), asked staff to continue the Major Site Plan review. The parcel is recorded as 4.08 acres in the Old Towne Residential/Commercial (M5) zoning district in the Town Core Planning Area.

Board member Nick Smith moved to continue the hearing and site to the July 23, 2026 meeting; Julie Rutz seconded. The motion was approved unanimously. The board scheduled a site visit at 5:15 p.m. on the continued hearing date.
