Resident raises neighborhood concerns about Broadleaf Solar project; commission points to town website

The Conservation Commission recorded no additional comments on the Broadleaf Solar project at its July 7 meeting, but a member of the public raised concerns about the project's potential impact on his neighborhood.

Daniel O’Connell, identified in the meeting record as a member of the public, asked about project milestones and expressed concerns about neighborhood impacts. Commissioners had no new feedback and directed O’Connell to information on the town website and to the Board of Selectmen for further detail.

The Commission assigned a follow-up for Commissioner Kara Marshall to confirm she had shared the feedback developed at an April meeting with First Selectman Mark Fiorentino.
