Board approves two liquor‑license transfers for Ocean City and Berlin restaurants

The board also noted bulk‑inventory paperwork may be required; staff said an emailed statement that no inventory exists would be accepted if applicable.

License number 647: the board approved the transfer for the Turn at River Run, a full‑service restaurant at 11620 Masters Lane in Berlin that also serves as an amenity for the adjacent golf course. Applicant Joseph Moore and other corporate representatives explained the operation will continue without substantive structural changes and that managers will be TAM certified. The board approved the transfer with the restriction that the licensed premises includes the golf course and required delivery of the health department certificate and fee for final license issuance.

Board members emphasized routine conditions: no live entertainment, no DJs, no pool tables or games, and no off‑sale unless later requested and approved. The approvals were made by motion and concurrence of members present; both transfers remain contingent on delivery of the outstanding documents noted above.
