Shiawassee County board approves housing rehab TPA and SRESD technology contracts; adopts CDBG policies for Creek Pointe

The Shiawassee County Board of Commissioners on July 15 approved several contracts intended to support county technology and housing programs and adopted targeted Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) administration policies for Creek Pointe.

The board approved a contract with FLB Collective to serve as third-party administrator (TPA) for the county's housing rehabilitation program. The motion passed by roll call vote of 6-0; the contract amount was not specified in the meeting transcript.

Commissioner Cindy Garber moved and the board approved a two-year technology-support contract with the Shiawassee Regional Education Service District (SRESD) for county services at a total cost of $122,055 and authorized the board chair to execute it.
