Fleming County advances energy project assessment district ordinance on unanimous first reading

Fleming County Fiscal Court on July 14 approved on a unanimous first reading Ordinance 26-1457, which would establish an Energy Project Assessment District (EPAD) under KRS 65.205 to 65.209 to advance conservation and efficient use of energy and water resources within Fleming County.
