Neighbor warns council a nightclub proposal at former Moose Lodge could revive noise and liquor complaints

During public comment at the July 13 Eden Plus City Council meeting, a resident introduced as Malinaro warned that a proposed conversion of the former Moose Lodge into a nightclub or event center could repeat prior neighborhood problems linked to venues serving alcohol.
