Councilmember Kofoot moved, seconded by Councilmember Tifft, to approve the minutes of the June 23 regular meeting and the bill list for July; both motions were recorded as carried unanimously. Councilmember Chappas moved, seconded by Councilmember Kofoot, to appoint Kim Buell and Dr. Steve Richards to the Planning & Zoning Commission; that motion carried unanimously.
