Franklin County commissioners approve solid-waste budget and two rezonings

Franklin County commissioners on July 8 approved the Lake Region Solid Waste Authority’s 2027 budget, adopted two rezoning resolutions and passed the consent agenda during an 8:30 a.m. meeting chaired by Vice Chair Rod Harris.
