The Jenness Beach Village District held its annual officer elections at a meeting July 11 at Rye Town Hall, approving a slate of officers for the coming year.
Acting Clerk John Tuttle nominated Cindee Carter to serve as moderator for one year; the nomination was seconded by Commissioner William Christo and approved by voice vote. Carter was seated as acting moderator and established the rules for the meeting.
Tuttle was then nominated and approved to serve as district clerk for one year. Clerk Tuttle nominated Sally O'Brien for a three-year commissioner term; the nomination was seconded and approved. Beth Tuttle was nominated and approved as treasurer for one year, and Deb Crapo was nominated and approved as auditor for one year.
