Resident urges preserving paid beach parking and calls for hybrid or later meeting times

During the public-comment period Amy Peck (109 Whitehorse Drive) asked the board to consider changing meeting dates and times to include part-time residents and to permit hybrid public comments. She also asked that any Beach Club rezoning not limit paid beach parking, saying the beach pass parking is "a great revenue" and a premier amenity for the community.

Peck: "I just want to make sure that now and in the future that beach parking is always protected and that any zoning changes would not limit any parking that people pay for the parking pass. That's a great revenue." The board thanked Peck for her comments and proceeded to the capital-request portion of the agenda.
