Votes at a glance: invoice approvals, training agreement, drought resolution and a purchase request tabled

The Daggett County Commission recorded a series of administrative votes at its July 13 meeting:

- Open invoice register: Committee member (S2) moved to approve the open invoice register dated 07/13/2026 in the amount of $153,173.42; motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.

- Sheep Creek Marina assignment order: The commission approved using a $200,000 Outdoor Recreation grant as an assignment order to Jones & DeMille Engineering for survey, planning and design services (see separate coverage).

- Resolution 26-13 (drought emergency): The commission adopted Resolution 26-13 declaring a drought emergency under Utah Code 17-8-7, with edits requested to clarify hauling water and feed; staff were directed to confirm transmission of the final resolution to state agencies.

- Blueprint training services agreement: Commissioners approved a two-part training agreement (Sept. 14–15) provided by Blueprint/TD Tech with a cost-share arrangement and a $3,000 initial fee; cancellation clauses (50% fee within 90 days) were discussed.

- SeaChange election-envelope purchase request: A SeaChange invoice for $5,737.48 lacked a completed purchase-request form and supporting documentation; commissioners agreed to postpone action and put the item on next week's agenda to allow staff to provide the missing backup. The invoice shows a due date of 08/01/2026.
