- SeaChange election-envelope purchase request: A SeaChange invoice for $5,737.48 lacked a completed purchase-request form and supporting documentation; commissioners agreed to postpone action and put the item on next week's agenda to allow staff to provide the missing backup. The invoice shows a due date of 08/01/2026.
