Harris Street and 4th Street projects advance as Fulshear EDC hears economic‑development updates

Contractors mobilized on Harris Street after a notice to proceed issued July 6, staff told the board July 13, and traffic control is now in place with the street closed between 2nd and 5th for the duration of the work.
