Committee forwards three liquor‑license PCNs with conditions

The committee considered three person‑to‑person or on‑sale/off‑sale liquor license PCN reports and directed the Clerk to prepare resolutions confirming that issuance would serve the public convenience or necessity.

Officer Brandon Erickson (SFPD liaison to ABC) presented each PCN report. Love Potion Library LLC (284 Noe Street) — a bookstore/tea room/wine bar concept in the Castro — had 0 letters of protest/support and a Park Station AOU recommendation with conditions including monitoring for loitering, adjacent litter control, and employee supervision of the outdoor patio. Del Rio Produce Market (2214 Clement Street) had one letter of protest and similar conditions recommended. Food Folk (210 Clement Street) likewise had no protests and ABC conditions recommended.

No public comment was received on these items at committee. Each item was forwarded to the full Board with a positive recommendation by roll call (3–0).
