Commission approves Parkwood Estates final plat for four lots

The Prairie Grove Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat for Parkwood Estates, a minor subdivision presented by Wayman White and Odyssey Surveying.

Staff described the minor-subdivision classification (three to six lots, under two acres) and said the developer had paid required fees and no new street or utility improvements were necessary because water and sewer are already on-site. The plan shows four lots and a 30-foot access easement that provides access to Lot 2. An Odyssey Engineering representative (Jake) described the driveway and internal parking approach and said the project will meet parking and zoning requirements; building permits will be pulled for each lot at the time of construction.

Commissioners asked for the typical façade and layout details but were told those will come through building-permit reviews; with no unresolved issues, the commission voted to approve the final plat.
