Committee certifies 1822 Meeting Street for 25% abandoned-building tax credit

Miss Creech presented a request for abandoned-building certification for the property at 1822 Meeting Street and said the project is seeking a 25% income tax credit under the program now in place.

A committee member moved for approval and the motion was seconded. The committee approved the certification by voice vote; the chair announced that "the ayes have it."
