Sheboygan County Law Committee approves radio access for neighboring agencies, OKs squad repairs and vouchers

The Sheboygan County Law Committee on Feb. 4 approved a slate of operational items, voting 5-0 on motions to repair two patrol squads, grant outside agencies access to the county radio system and to approve vouchers.

Committee members voted unanimously to approve repairs to Squad 30 (motion by Wendy Schobert, second by Charlette Nennig) and Squad 39 (motion by Charlette Nennig, second by Suzanne Speltz). The minutes record the motions as "Motion carried 5-0 with no abstentions." The transcript does not specify repair costs or vendors.

On communications infrastructure, the committee approved a recommendation from the Communication Council to allow Fond du Lac County access to the Sheboygan County radio system (motion by Suzanne Speltz, second by Charlette Nennig).
