Cemetery Trustees adopt updated procedures and formalize document replacement

The Cemetery Trustees voted July 6 to accept an updated Cemetery Procedures document and to record that acceptance on the document itself, replacing any prior procedural versions. Scott Johnston moved to accept the procedures as written; Chair Lynne A. Murray seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Trustees then voted (Motion 58) to adjust the approved document to indicate the date of acceptance and to replace previous procedural documents.

Secretary Nancy Birkrem will add a footer to the document reflecting the trustees’ actions and will provide a copy to Bob Henry, per the minutes. The motions passed with no recorded discussion beyond the procedural votes.

The actions were recorded as Motions 57 and 58 during the meeting at the Mascoma Senior Center.
