Nate Stroven updated the council on Station 25 and the Public Utilities Building, describing recent site work and near‑term construction milestones.
Stroven said trailers have been positioned and equipment will be delivered Monday to begin grading and concrete work; a pre‑insulated metal building is due Nov. 25, after which the contractor will "start going vertical" and aims for a May–June 2026 completion for Station 25. For the Public Utilities Building, demolition and underground plumbing/electrical are complete; a slab pour was scheduled for next Tuesday and vertical framing was expected to start Dec. 1, with a target completion of July 2026.
A budget update reported Station 25 roughly 3% under buyout and the public utilities portion about a quarter‑million dollars under budget on items that have been purchased; storage/maintenance building pricing and design work will be presented to council in January. Council thanked the contractor for site maintenance during demolition and requested continued schedule updates.
