Dennis Board of Health corrects hawker/peddler rule, requires food trailers to return to commissary three times weekly

Chair (Speaker 1) opened the meeting by correcting the wording of an Oct. 25 Board of Health motion, saying he intended that all self-contained food trailers properly licensed in the town of Dennis must return to their commissary a minimum of three times per week (or every other day) for cleaning, discharge of liquids and solid waste, refilling potable water tanks and ice bins, and boarding food.
