Rezoning request filed for 102 North LaBove to allow multiple rental homes

Officials said the planning and zoning minutes from June 24, 2026, reflect a rezoning request for 102 North LaBove. "Mister Fabry is looking to go from C-1 zoning to R-4," Mayor Rhodes said, and the applicant plans to replace existing trailers with multiple rental homes.

The owner of the property was identified in the minutes as "Ryan Bulldog." The applicant has paid permit fees; town staff estimated the rezoning process, including required public notices and publishing, could take about two months. Officials said they will ask for someone to formally introduce the ordinance at the next meeting to begin the rezoning procedure.
