The Town of Green Lake Board approved routine agenda items on Monday, including the meeting agenda, the minutes of the Dec. 8, 2025 meeting, vouchers and bills, and the Treasurer’s December report. The motion to approve the Treasurer’s report and an associated transfer was made by Committee member Berndt and seconded by Committee member Strelow; the motion carried.
Treasurer Machkovich reported December figures showing $2,424,929.89 in credits and $46,143.28 in debits and noted balances on the Money Market, a CD and the Phelps Savings Account. The board approved the Treasurer’s report as presented.
During audience participation, resident Rick Porter told the board, "The chip sealing they did this fall on Oakwood Beach Road is flaking away." Resident Tom Kloosterboer raised related concerns about the chip sealing on Oakwood Beach Road. The board did not record a formal response to those comments in the transcript.
Chairman Moderow called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with all board members present and three citizens attending. The meeting adjourned at 7:34 p.m. after the board moved through the agenda.
