Board notes minor stake center plan change, agrees informally to 5:30 p.m. start time

MIDWAY — At its July 6 meeting, the Midway Water Advisory Board heard that a previously reviewed stake center on Ritchie Lane has submitted a revised site plan that will slightly change irrigation calculations and will be returned to the advisory board for a minor recalculation.

The staff member said the change affects only acre-foot calculations for irrigation and that "nothing's changing inside the building." Staff expects to provide an updated recommendation at the next meeting.

Separately, members agreed by consensus (not a formal vote) to advertise future meetings with a 5:30 p.m. start time; board staff noted the change was not on the agenda and therefore could not be voted on formally that night. The meeting then adjourned following a motion and second with affirmative votes recorded.
