Mountain Lake raises rental licensing fee to $50 per unit

The Mountain Lake City Council voted July 6 to raise the city rental licensing fee from $40 to $50 and to charge the fee per rental unit.

Planning & Zoning recommended the increase, citing rising labor costs for inspections. Councilmember Bryan Bargen moved to approve the fee change and Councilmember Andrew Ysker seconded; the motion carried 4–0.
