Planning Board flags added Peacock project files and additional engineering fees

Under unfinished business, Chair Karen Coyne told the board that additional files from Peacock have been received and that Aries Engineering notified the board of additional fees incurred for review.

Board member Chrissy Almanzar asked whether the board should require Peacock to reserve additional funds to cover the anticipated extra review work. Coyne and other members confirmed there is a need to ensure funds are available for the added Aries review and Coyne recommended asking George at Aries Engineering for an estimate of the additional work and cost.
