Washington Terrace RDA approves June minutes and adjourns into council meeting

The Washington Terrace Redevelopment Agency met Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at City Hall and approved its meeting agenda and the minutes from June 16, 2026 before adjourning into the City Council’s regular meeting.

Chair Mark C. Allen opened the session and noted board membership and staff in attendance, including Board Members Zunayid Z. Zishan, Cheryl Parkinson, Vice Chair West and Michael Thomas; Board Member Anna Davidson was listed as excused. City Recorder Amy Rodriguez, City Manager Tom Hanson and Lt. Sean Endsley of the Weber County Sheriff’s Office were also recorded as present.

Under consent business, the agency approved the agenda by general consent. On the minutes for June 16, 2026 '1'1 Chair Allen asked for a formal approval; Vice Chair West moved to approve the minutes and Board Member Parkinson seconded. The minutes were approved unanimously, recorded in the minutes as 4-0.

Later on the agenda, Vice Chair West moved to adjourn the Redevelopment Agency meeting into the regular City Council meeting; Parkinson seconded and the motion passed unanimously (4-0). The minutes record the transition time as 7:21 p.m.
