Commission approves fence permits; 330 Ridge Road subdivision and forest-conservation plan remain delayed

The Washington Grove Planning Commission on Feb. 4 approved fence permits for 123 Washington Grove Lane and 238 Ridge Road. Both motions were approved unanimously, 5-0; Robert Johnson moved the motion for the 123 Washington Grove Lane fence permit, seconded by Bill Earl, and the 238 Ridge Road permit motion was moved by Robert Johnson and seconded by Peter Nagrod.

Commissioners noted there were no updates from the builder on the 330 Ridge Road preliminary subdivision plan. The commission also recorded that the 330 Ridge Road forest conservation plan remains delayed, and minutes indicate the delay is related to meeting the Fire Marshal’s requirements.

The Commission recorded no Public Ways & Property permit requests and approved the minutes of its Jan. 7 meeting by a 5-0 vote. The minutes do not record further conditions or timelines for the 330 Ridge Road submissions.
