Ellsworth council awards $4,040 contract for new well-house alarm system

At its June 8 meeting at Banks Township Hall, the Village of Ellsworth Council voted to approve a bid from Oudbier Instrument Co. for a new well-house alarm system for $4,040. The motion was made by Council member L. Spearing and seconded by M. Bennett; the minutes record the vote as "CARRIED 7-0."
