Clemson BZA re‑elects chair, names vice chair and adopts December minutes

At the start of the meeting the Clemson Board of Zoning and Appeals conducted routine housekeeping and re‑nominated Karen Weyer to serve another one‑year term as chair; the board approved her nomination by a show of hands with no opposition reported. Seth Sanders was nominated and approved as vice chair by a show of hands with no opposed votes reported.

Board members discussed term lengths (generally three years) and the council’s appointment schedule (council advertises open positions in November–December and appoints in January). The board then moved to adopt the minutes from the December 2025 meeting; the minutes were approved by show of hands with no disapprovals recorded in the meeting record.
