Speaker certifies emergency session to consider reallocating typhoon funds for Tropical Depression Bonnie

The Speaker certified an emergency condition under standing rule Section 1.02 B1B and announced that the legislature would reconvene at 6:00 p.m. on July 2 to consider Bill 339‑38 COR, an act to reallocate unexpended emergency funds from a Typhoon Sinlaku appropriation to I Maga'haga Guam for emergency response to Tropical Depression 09W (Bonnie).
