Conditional-use hearing held for SunCap; supervisors move discussion to executive session

Bern Township supervisors convened a Conditional Use hearing for SunCap at 7:02 PM on Nov. 1; Attorney Keith Mooney conducted the hearing and minutes were recorded by a court-appointed stenographer.

Terry Sroka of Reading Airport told supervisors he was concerned about FAA airspace review related to building height for the SunCap application but said he had spoken with township consultant Tom Ludgate before the meeting, who informed him the necessary FAA documents had been completed.
