Council temporarily extends town liability coverage to adult recreation leagues

Natalya England asked the Council to consider whether adult women's volleyball and basketball leagues could be covered under the Town's liability insurance so the leagues could use school district facilities. England said the leagues would still operate their own programs and only sought liability coverage to meet facility requirements.

Council Member Jason C. Inskeep moved to accept the adult recreation leagues under the Town's liability insurance for one year with annual review. Council Member Barbara Sessions seconded the motion and the minutes record that the motion carried.
