Commission signs off on ClearGov financial software, Western Sports Park photo agreement and property tax register

County Controller Scott Park asked commissioners to approve a ClearGov financial reporting subscription priced at $21,000 per year, with a one-time implementation cost of $29,000 and a 3% annual increase thereafter; staff said the platform will replace manual processes and improve financial-reporting efficiency and quality.

Separately, the commission approved an in-kind exclusive service provider agreement with More Than A Sport Photography to supply photography services for Western Sports Park beginning July 1 for 12 months; the county will hold rights to use the photographs on its website and social media.

The commission recessed to the Board of Equalization to consider the property tax register recommended by the controller; after approving the register for 06/30/2026 the commission reconvened and closed the meeting with holiday safety reminders for the Fourth of July.

Each item was presented by the responsible staff member and approved by voice vote with no recorded dissents.
