Town of Babylon board approves batch of renewals by affidavit, accepts minutes and adjourns

The Town of Babylon board approved a series of renewals by affidavit for multiple properties, accepted the minutes of June 9, 2026 and adjourned the meeting.

Meeting staff read a list of renewal-by-affidavit items (examples recited included Angela Velasquez, Fulmer, Nazar, Fano, Diaz, Wilson, the Tana family revocable trust, Johnson, Walsski, Calman, Wallisen, Baththeia, Nunees and Sha). Each item was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. Staff noted at least one address on the earlier list had been updated and said they would rely on the revised list for the record.

A motion to accept the minutes of June 9, 2026 was made and seconded and approved. The meeting was then adjourned on a motion by Saba that was seconded by Pete.
