Board accepts legal counsel's recommendation in Fulcrum Enterprises lawsuit after executive session

The St. John the Baptist Parish School Board moved into executive session June 22 to discuss ongoing litigation and later accepted legal counsel's recommendation, minutes show.

St. John the Baptist Parish School Board (Suit No. C-77965). The board voted to convene in executive session; the minutes record the board reconvened in regular session and then, on a subsequent motion, accepted the recommendation of legal counsel regarding that lawsuit.
