County selects CivicPlus for new website as current vendor ends website service

The county's director of technologies, Eric Sorensen, told commissioners the county must replace its current website vendor after that provider said it would stop offering website services at the end of the year.

Sorensen said a vendor selection committee reviewed options and recommended CivicPlus, noting the City of Warsaw uses the vendor and staff believe CivicPlus is a good fit. "Our hand was kind of forced to find a new vendor," Sorensen said, adding the county will also consider a separate ADA-conversion vendor to improve PDF-to-HTML accessibility later.

Commissioners moved and approved engaging CivicPlus for the new county website and thanked staff for the rapid work to replace the outgoing vendor.
