Among the motions approved unanimously (York-aye; Barnes-aye; Fite-aye) were: approval of the June 22, 2026 regular meeting minutes; approval of an agreement between the Greer County Health Department and Mangum Regional Medical Center for TB X-Ray services for FY 2026–2027; approval of an agreement with Bug Masters for FY 2026–2027; approval to execute the agreement establishing the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma Self-Insured Group (ACCO-SIG) and an intent to participate in ACCO-SIG property and liability for FY 2026–2027; awarding of six-month bids; approval of a Bank of America P-Card payment for June 2026 for $240.00; and approval of purchase orders and claims as listed in the minutes.
The board also approved a transfer of appropriations from General M&O to General Unemployment and adopted Resolution #2026-26 to declare items surplus and authorize their disposal. Vendor and claims lines are recorded in the minutes (examples include payments to Dobson Fiber, Amazon Capital Services, AT&T, Summit Utilities, and others) but the minutes do not attach discussion of these payments beyond the approving motion.
