The Gladstone Area Schools Board of Education met April 20, 2026, at the Gladstone Public Library and unanimously approved routine business including the payment of general fund bills totaling $706,509.98.

The board accepted the retirement of teacher Jeanne Pearson, effective June 3, on a motion by Neumeier supported by Andrew Sturdy (Ayes 7, Nays 0). The board approved moving Dennis Cannoot to the position of Varsity Football Coach on a motion by Jesse Seger supported by Neumeier (Ayes 7, Nays 0). Finally, the board accepted the resignation of teacher Deborah Johnson, effective June 3, following a motion by Neumeier supported by Joseph Huber (Ayes 7, Nays 0).
