Board schedules July 10 virtual meeting with JLL stadium assessment; sets August and September dates

Board members agreed on a monthly cadence for meetings following June and selected July 10 at 9:00 a.m. for the next meeting, which will be conducted entirely virtually to accommodate a presentation from JLL on stadium assessments. Board members said JLL’s assessments include condition and cost information for major building systems such as concrete, HVAC and roof membrane and will show both prior numbers and updated estimates.

Members also tentatively scheduled an in-person August meeting for Aug. 7 and an in-person September meeting for Sept. 4 at 9:00 a.m. Staff said it will circulate calendar confirmations and options for in-person stadium tours in July for members who wish to attend.

Members discussed virtual versus in-person formats to make the JLL presentation accessible; no formal vote was required to set the meeting dates. Staff will share meeting invitations and confirm logistics.
