Committee forwards Meal Charging and Purchasing policies to full board for first reading

The Winchester School District Board of Education Policy & By-Laws Committee voted unanimously Jan. 27 to forward two Shipman-model policies — a Meal Charging Policy and a Purchasing policy — to the full board for a first reading.
