Votes at a glance: Warren County Fiscal Court approves budget, ordinances, contracts and routine business

At its June 25 meeting the Warren County Fiscal Court approved a series of routine and scheduled items on its agenda by roll‑call votes.

The court approved procurement and finance items including: a $4,728 single‑source payment to the Kentucky Association of Chiefs of Police for accreditation services for the Warren County Sheriff’s Department; acceptance of the Warren County Regional Jail canteen financial report for May; an emergency determination of $13,381.39 to RNR Fabrication for installation of a metal tubing and sheeting wall at the jail’s restricted custody recreation yard; a lease agreement with Enterprise Fleet for a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado with equipment (amount noted as up to $1,800 per month for 60 months); a purchase of portable multiband radios from Motorola Solutions; approval of a salt purchase from Magic Salt of Kentucky LLC at $153 per ton delivered; and a three‑year OpenGov contract for work‑order and asset management software.

The court also authorized various administrative orders and appointments (for example, reappointments to the Bowling Green Area Convention and Visitors Bureau board of directors and the cemetery board) and approved treasurer and interfund transfer reports. Votes on these items were recorded by roll call with the magistrates present voting in the affirmative on the listed motions.
