The Redevelopment Commission board convened on June 26, approved the minutes from its May 22 meeting and authorized a routine claim to Stone Municipal for $2,600.
During roll call the chair announced that Jim Spence and Victor Reedman were absent; Garrett Silkot, Ron Snider and Mr. Sinclair were present. A motion to approve the May 22 minutes was made and seconded and the chair announced the motion carried.
The board then considered claims. The meeting record shows one claim for Stone Municipal for $2,600; a motion to approve the claims was made, seconded and carried.
Under new business the chair said there was no substantive new business to present but announced an upcoming executive session; the chair did not specify the subject of that session.
The chair also announced the Fourth of July concert and fireworks at "Blue Le" and said a proclamation will mark the 250th anniversary; the speaker corrected a band name, saying "Toller Brothers," referring to a tribute act. Attendance and logistical details were described only briefly.
The board set its next meeting for July 24. A motion for adjournment was made, seconded and carried.
No formal votes with member-by-member tallies were recorded in the transcript; motions were announced as carried by voice vote.
