Council work session moves Laurelwood Phase 1 as‑built plat to consent agenda

Chelsea Tubbs, the city’s planning and zoning administrator, presented a request by FR Arbor Place LLC for revised final plat approval to establish as-built locations for townhome buildings on lots 108 through 111 of Laurelwood Phase 1 at 5059 Reservoir Drive.

"After speaking with the developer, he did mention that this is the last plat for phase one," Tubbs said, describing the submission as an as-built plat following prior rounds of revisions.

Council members had few questions and Vice Chair Chris Watts moved to place the item on the consent agenda for the council’s Monday voting meeting; the motion carried by general consent at the work session. Because this was a work session, no final action was taken tonight.

The matter will return for the formal vote at the next council meeting, at which point the council may adopt the plat, place it on the consent agenda, or pull it for separate consideration.
