CHFA committee reviews January financials and production/delinquency reports, approves prior minutes

Allison Murphy, CHFA controller, presented the financial reports for January 2026 at the Finance/Audit Committee meeting on Feb. 19. John Chilson then presented January production and delinquency reports for CHFA’s single-family and multifamily programs. The minutes note that discussion followed each presentation but do not provide the numeric figures or specific delinquency rates in the text.

Deputy Treasurer Sarah Sanders requested a motion to approve the minutes of the Jan. 22, 2026 Finance/Audit Committee meeting. Catherine MacKinnon moved to approve the minutes; Franklin Perry II seconded. The committee voted unanimously to approve the Jan. 22 minutes.

Upon a subsequent motion made by Deputy Treasurer Sanders, the meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 9:39 AM. The minutes were later adopted on March 19, 2026.
