Mayor Joseph E. Roudez III invited residents of University Park to a two-hour town hall and state of the village address on Saturday, June 22, 2026, to discuss roads, infrastructure improvements, financial updates, the University Park golf course and other village programs, and urged residents to file any Aqua water claims by the June 27 deadline.
"I like to cordially invite you guys to come out and spend two hours with me on Saturday, June 22nd, 2026 for our annual town hall meeting, state of the village address," Roudez said, describing the event as an opportunity to hear updates directly from the mayor, the village manager and staff.
Roudez listed the topics planned for the meeting, saying attendees could expect updates on roads and infrastructure, financial matters, the municipal golf course, department reports and village initiatives. He framed the meeting as part briefing and part opportunity for residents to see how the village is "transitioning our community and moving forward building up this great community of University Park."
Roudez also flagged a separate matter for residents: the Aqua water claim. "Additionally, this might be your last effort and last chance to also discuss, since it's June 27th, the Aqua water claim," he said, and added that the village would make claim forms available for anyone who had not previously seen them.
The mayor closed by repeating the invitation and thanking listeners for their time, saying he looked forward to seeing residents at the event. The town hall is scheduled for Saturday, June 22, 2026; residents seeking to raise an Aqua water claim are advised to complete the available forms before June 27.
